What does mediation at work do?

We help organisations to look at how they currently handle conflict - particularly where conflict turns into dispute. We look together at:

how workplace mediation might help to provide an alternative way of resolving disputes
how workplace mediation could be made available to staff and what changes would need to be made
how skills in workplace mediation could be acquired and developed through training
