Making a referral

If you have a specific situation you want to refer to us or just need to talk over how mediation might help, please give us a ring. We will discuss with you confidentially how we can help. Each dispute situation and each organisation is unique. We need to make sure therefore that what we do matches what you need.

What does mediation at work do?

We provide a comprehensive workplace mediation service.  We provide mediation for individuals in dispute and for teams where relationships have become difficult of broken down.  We will design a mediation process that is appropriate to the situation and to the people involved.

If you refer a case to us, we can:

• provide information about  workplace mediation for the parties
• meet with the parties, individually first and then, if they agree, together
• manage the mediation meeting
• help the parties to identify the issues and priorities
• explore options for change and support the parties in finding a way forward
