Training in workplace mediation

Everyone uses conflict resolution skills on a daily basis, but not always as well as they could.

Spending time on developing these skills is essential for anyone with the responsibility for managing people, for working in partnership with others, for negotiating working contracts and conditions, or for ensuring the welfare and contentment of their staff.

At mediation at work, we provide :

	tailored in-house courses and workshops for specific work groups
	accredited six-day basic training programme to support the establishment of an in-house workplace mediation service.

Our courses provide a supportive environment in which participants can examine challenging issues, learn from each other and practise new ways of working. All our courses are run by practicing mediators and trainers with substantial management experience.
