Building a shared agenda - conflict management in partnership working
A practical course for strategic planners, project managers and team leaders on how to map and negotiate organisational conflicts of interest in inter-departmental and multi-agency projects.

- Recognise and deal effectively with power imbalances within partnerships
- Identify shared goals and objectives to develop a common purpose
- Use conflict resolution techniques to create and maintain healthy working partnerships.
